UF likes to have the coach lined up well in advance. Could be a huge distraction.

Mullen attended Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, where he lettered for two years playing tight end and was a first-team All-Centennial Conference selection his senior year. He graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sport Science.
