Any Louisiana born Alabama fans?

A Louisiana born LSU fan who now stays in Mississippi told me that it was illegal for a Louisiana native to root for anyone else other than LSU, and ESPECIALLY not Alabama...is there any truth to that?

I know of two families here in Louisiana that are Bama fans. One was one of my baseball coaches when I was younger and he brainwashed his son. Both, no higher than a high school education, and the other became Bama fans when Saban got to Alabama.

Yeah, totally. And our natives that choose to go to ULM or Tulane are beheaded if they do not root for LSU. Because it's illegal.

there are some but they weren't born alabama fans they just hate LSU (ULL, LaTech, Saints fans) who just root for Bama out of spite.

I used to work with an Alabama born Tennessee fan, whose family had no ties to UT. I found that interesting, as he's only 28.
