Dogs are incredibly smart. With that said, pretty impressive control by the dog.

Looks like a Belgian Malinois. That breed is very common with military working dogs. Judging by the haircut, these guys are either police doing some K-9 training or military. These dogs are impressive and the program they use to weed out the dogs they want to keep and train is impressive too.

Its a Belgian Malinois. Incredibly smart and highly driven dogs. Smaller than a German Shepherd. They are great dogs under the training of an experienced handler only.
