State deserves #1, Ole Miss should be ahead of FSU and there is no sane reason to put it the other way around.
It's not September anymore. You can wait and see if the first game or two was flat, but after 5 or 6 games, you rank the teams based on what they deserve, not what you assumed going into the season.
