Who would execute better? Can the powerful OM defense stop the high-powered MSU offensive attack? I have a hard time believing they can keep the Bulldogs out of the endzone.

MSU rushing attack equalizes the OM pass rush IMO

It's such a shame for state that your best year ever you have to play us in oxford.

I think Yall are maybe a tad better, but we're gonna beat you at home. It's gonna feel good too.

Ole Miss likely has the best defense in the country. I don't think anyone can keep MSU completely out of the endzone but they'll definitely slow him down. The real questions will be what Bo shows up and if the good one does can State's defense keep him out of the endzone?

The Egg Bowl will be the best matchup this season outside of the playoff.

Our secondary neuters Dak.

Not directed at you, but eventually people are going to stop with the bad/good Bo narrative.

They may not be able to stop Dak, but if we aren't we're going to unleash the offense on you. We didn't even try to score against Texas A&M most of the game, and when we did we drove right down the field. Bo only threw 19 passes.

Why? He has a history. The fact that he has faired well in the past two games is inevitably setting up for the ultimate WAOM moment.

I mean no offense, but when he has an off game it's pretty off. And the reality is with most any QB you're going to have that, so it's not exclusive to him. But I think it's still a valid narrative.

He's gotten a lot better of calming the hell down and not locking in on an option before he snaps the ball. But where he goes, Ole Miss goes.

idk, the ole miss d is pretty frickin tough. a&m got all their yardage after the game was outta hand. om is great at rush d and pass d. whoever wins the t/o battle wins the egg bowl.

i think om d is better than state o, however, im not sure about the matchup between om o and state d. om has a sketchy ground game and the state pass rush is decent enough to help the state secondary out. state d is better than om o.

this year i say om wins in oxford. let the national media circus begin after om wins the sec and goes to the playoff. thatll be fun.

Regardless if good Bo or bad Bo shows up, good Bo is really not THAT good.

I don't think anyone else on the schedule besides Ole Miss can beat us. We need AU and some other team to step up and knock them out the race.
