Florida State at 11 seems pretty accurate to me.

It usually looks strange until all or most games are played. It isn't the best system, but I do like that it gives weight to playing tough opponents and playing tough road games.

I think Sagarin changed his computer formula now that the BCS is no long in use.
Now its : GOLDEN_MEAN | PREDICTOR | ELO_SCORE
Before it was: DIMIN_CURVE | PREDICTOR | PURE_ELO
Pure_ELO was what the BCS uses and hes no longer using it as part of his formula.
