I see some studs and some busts. It's a shame Eddie Williams was such a tPOS.

Sort of wish we had kept Philon over Tomlinson.

Underwhelming. Nothing will be able to top the 2008 class.

I really thought Chris Black would be an immediate contributor. Never thought that it would be some three years later and he is only starting to see some meaningful playing time, and that because of injury.

Too bad about Eddie Williams, Bama would have had two All-American safeties starting this year.

I count 13 out of 26 as "significant" contributors. Lots of disappointment in that picture, too.

I may have been the only one, but I never thought Hayes would be good. Same with Marvin Shinn. Though he wasn't in that class, but just using that as something to compare how I thought Hayes would do. Was kinda glad when he was booted off the team. Not saying he wasn't gonna be good, but I didn't expect him to be and I didn't wanna find out if I was right.

Hayes played as a true freshman. That would have been another outstanding safety for Bama.

I remember being excited about Travell Dixon, confident he would lock down the other corner spot opposite Dee Milliner..... Dude didn't even make it out of fall camp.
