Your upcoming game which normally isn't even a blip on the radar has been the topic of 1000 percent more threads this year than any other year.

The Grind was always about State-Auburn, which has actually been a pretty good game over the past several years. State is just expanding it to others now. But, I remember the Grind from way back. Like 2010 or something.

The LSU grind was just a spontaneous reaction. even caught me by surprise.

Yep. Because they usually play Auburn first or they just know that they are going to lose to LSU, so they don't even apply it. This year, they applied it to LSU and, to their surprise, actually dominated the game. That is why A&M didn't get any the next week. I think that they were in shock.
Plus, it was hilarious to not even acknowledge A&M with tGrind.
So, now it begins again and it is addressed toward Auburn, as it rightly should be.
The SEC is fun.

Typically aub/msu has been the first sec game of the season...and typically auburn wins, so it stops and is defacto auburn specific.
But with lsu and aggie getting rolled it carries on.

Two years ago we lost to everybody, including Vandy. Congrats on beating the worst Auburn team ever. You can think back to that glorious day on Sunday morning.

Two years ago was brutal. I ended up as a first round draft choice to State. I did grind till the wheels fell off though, which was well past the Auburn game.
