What is the biggest appointment you have missed because you over slept?

I had it down to a science back in the day. I slept through 4 or 5 finals staying up so late studying and then not being in my right mind the morning thinking I needed sleep more than oxygen. Good thing for the medical clinic. As long as you had a medical excuse you were good to take a make-up.

I missed a job interview because of it back in the day, but other than that I've been pretty responsible.

I've never over slept and missed a big appointment but I did get my days wrong once and miss a job interview.

I was in Amsterdam on business a few months back. We went out on our last night there and we all got really fricked up. Woke up the next morning right before 1300, I had missed my 1215 flight to Kuala Lumpur. God, my boss was furious when I told him I wouldn't be arriving as planned.

I don't imagine you were the first person to miss a flight out of Amsterdam! Did you level with him or give a BS excuse?
