do we leave Beckwith at center and use same line we played this last Saturday or do we go back with Day. Both are great centers but man did that line click Saturday.

Day is a 4 year starter he returns to his Center position and Beckwith slides back to guard.

Its a valid question. Who is Auburn's defensive line going to resemble more, LSU's or A&M's? Dak did get sacked more this Saturday but I attribute that to A&M's better defensive front. I'll be happy with whatever Mullen decides to do. His rotation at the first of the year, when everyone else wS laughing at us, is paying Dividends now.

Did Clayborn play at all Saturday?

If he didn't, in that situation(I don't remember seeing him, but was drinking heavily), I'd think we may hold him out for a medical redshirt for some phantom injury...

Mmmmm... Ponder... reminds me of a story.

For a while, I did a lot of college stuff with Bill Battle. My focus was on game day stuff (poms, towels, etc.) which involved a lot of coordination with cheer squads.

I was working an MSU game one time. I was down with the MSU cheerleader coordinators pre-game. All of the cheer squads were around, and Erin Andrews came over to talk with the squads.

I was dating an Ole Miss grad at the time. She was very pretty, but an embarrassing drunk for the most part. It was an evening game, so my date was already way over-served from the various tail gates we visited. She goes up to Erin and says, "You know. In real life, you are as plain as frick."

Sigh. I was hoping to strike up a meaningful conversation with EA, but that was dashed in 5 seconds of "honest" communication.

No way. Don't know how much you remember but running up the middle didn't work too well for us against aTm. We destroyed them on the outside of their line. Day is clearly the guy we want in there. We got luck aTm has a shite arse DL
