There's a good bit of buzz on the Bunker about it, sometime in the next few years.

Cliffs:
- north endzone first: box and club seats
- new video board
- south endzone closed in later
- both phases will bring capacity up 15,000 seats

- new locker room on the north side of the stadium
- visitors moved to our locker room

- construction companies are making bids now
- completion of both is expected to be around 2020
- another "student wellness" building in the works

UPDATE 10/23:
- 2016 date for north endzone boxes
- Lowder was brought back for fundraising
- official announcement around spring practice; they want some funding in place before they take it for approval
- old scoreboard is coming down after this season
- "entering the jumbotron arms race."

Looks good, but I hope that new video board comes with a new sound system.

Finally, the Tiger's Den is so ridiculously overcrowded for recruiting events and social activities. North Endzone will give so much extra space to build out and make a proper locker room facility

About time.

The way it should be done.

Agreed. Recruiting events are seriously hell. Recruits get very frustrated when they don't even have a place to sit and eat their half time meal. Expanding the Tiger's Den will help tremendously..

I'm not so crazy about the expansion news with no news regarding aesthetic upgrades. I hope the new video board is the HUGE...biggest in the NCAA.

Why is a new student wellness building being built?

Wonder how moving the locker room into the north end zone will effect Tiger Walk.

Call me sentimental but I will miss the old school scoreboard in the north end zone. It's always the best one to get selfies with the score in the background after the same

First we hear JJ is not giving Gus what he wants. Now we are expanding to 102k? Love the internet.

That's nice and all but I hope a major overhaul to the Athletic Complex is included in there. Just as needed IMO.

Right.

Can we just start first with a new sounds system?

If we all pooled our McDonalds monopoly pieces maybe we could fund the new sound system with our $1 million.

I'm willing. We could even get sponsor's branding for Chicken.

this was my first thought as well. Would the buses unload up in front of Cater Hall, or down at the Haley Concourse and have them walk down, turn the corner at Haley and onto Heisman?

Seems like that would be a royal pain to get the buses through traffic on College that close to downtown, and the tailgating/parking around Ross Square. But I have seen the visiting team buses come down Thatch Concourse before, so I guess it could be done.

The visiting buses come down the Thach concourse every weekend. That's not an issue
