Auburn and State have played each other almost every year since 1937 (71 times)

AU leads the series 61-24

Auburn's longest win streak is 16 games.
MSU's is 7.

Auburn leads every historical category when compared to Mississippi State.

I don't know if both teams have ever been ranked this high?

This is a very historical series, but not much of a rivalry. It usu just doesn't get the blood boiling even though Miss State is our third most played opponent (after UGA and Ga. Tech).

Obviously though this week will be one of the most anticipated match-ups ever in the series.

Think this would be just as relevant for this weeks game.

Hope AU players feel the same way, or come STOMP on our midfield logo as in 2000.

AU didn't have a 1st down in the 1st half that day.

Would be, if only we had a new coach & the game were being played at AU.

Is this the game where history of the series matters? Good we've been waiting on that one to get here.

Wtf bro.

This isn't a rodeo. It's a football game.

Are you on crazy pills? What does a rodeo have to do with anything.

OMG get real psycho.

Rodeos... Jesus.

Proving that, indeed, this IS their first rodeo....

Enjoy it while it lasts MSU....but never forget..you are MSU and will NEVER be elite in the SEC.

Why would we want to be elite at rodeos?

Jeez.

This is about us dominating you clown shoes in football.
