Why, MSU is a better gig if you are winning. Less pressure, and they are paying him millions.
ETA:
In terms of a job. UF is a better football program, school, etc. just stating Merlin's has a great job at a school that loves him.

Freeze isn't going anywhere. I want Ole Miss to suck so bad sometimes, but it's really hard to not pull for Freeze. He's just a good, down to earth man that happens to be a pretty good coach. I wish him nothing but the best, and he's made me a fan of his.
