I'm just not a low country boil person. I really shoulda done a jambalaya, but we have a bunch of people coming over. Beef tenderloin was the less risky option.

1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp ground ginger
Srirachi to taste, I used about 1 tbsp.
