What a freaking terrible thread title for a pretty good article.
What a shame. Could have been a good thread with some legitimate football discussion from people who know the game - but instead - it'll die a quick death, or worse, turn into a pissing contest.
ETA: What's even worse is that if it had been posted by a Bama fan - it would have been moved to the Alabama board. Which is the stupidest thing ever.

Btw, when everyone was laughing their asses off when Saban hired Kiffin, I often wondered if they remembered USC's offenses when he was there. He may be a mealymouthed douche and a shitty head coach, but he's a hell of an OC.

I'll give Kiffin this, he knows how to utilize his offensive talent. Which is much more than I can say about many of our previous OCs.

I agree with this. I don't think Kiffin brings anything cutting edge to the table. He has merely brought the offense into the "21st century" but it's the talent on Bama's roster that makes the difference. With the playmakers that Bama has, there are potential mismatches all over the field against pretty much every opponent. Now instead of Bama having an OC who just wants to pound the defense into submission with the run, they have a guy who is intent on exploiting the mismatches created by the talent gap.
