The Ole Miss Way
A fleeing Gump, desperate for a once in a lifetime sip of good scotch, was plodding through the woods near Oxford when he saw something far off in the distance. Hoping to find some scotch, he hurried toward the grove-asis only to find an Ole Miss frat boy selling fine silk ties.
The thirsty Gump asked, "Do you have scotch?"
The OM frat boy replied, "There is no scotch here, the well is dry. Would you like to buy a tie instead? They are only $75.00 each and a very fine tie."
The Gump shouted, "You idiot frat-punk! I do not need an over-priced tie. I need scotch - that which I have never tasted! I should teabag you or kill your grove trees, but I must find scotch first!"
"OK," said the OM Frat boy, "It does not matter that you do not want to buy a tie and that you hate me. I will show you that I am bigger than that, and that I come from a much finer bloodline than you. If you continue down that walkway to the east for about 500 yards, you will find our major frats. They have all the best scotch you could ever taste."
Cursing him, the dumbass Bama Gump staggered away down the walkway.
Several hours later he staggered back, collapsed with dehydration & rasped:
"They won't let me in without a f-ucking tie!

All I have to say is that, when the game is over and the blood has dried... Most Ole Miss fans will still have a college degree... and most Alabama fans will still struggle to understand whether a "collage" or "college" is the thing they never attended.

Ironic is it not. They will have their ole miss degree but yet none will have a HS degree. Got to love public education in MS
