What will it take for each team to win (AU&LSU)

For LSU to win: defense holds auburn's rushing like ksu did and their CBs will have success against williams and Coates. On offense: Brandon harris does enough to free up the run game.
For AU to win: play action pass and try to beat LSU DBs when LSU stacks the box to stop the gimmick run attack. On defense: stop the run and make Brandon harris beat you, CBs will have to play the game of their life against dural, dupre, and Quinn.
Will holsey play CB or S?

Sounds like you're mad and in denial that your run game is gimmick. Yay you win last year. Let's focus on this year. Do you deny that it is gimmicky?

Sounds you tried your hardest to make a legit thread but gumped it up at the last second.

LSU has to stay in the game for 4 qtrs and hope AU makes a mistake late in the game. LSU had a defensive score in each of the last 2 games. AU, care to gift another?

Harris and Beckwith have to play 4 quarters.

Strong QB performance necessary for LSU. We need 30-35 points to win. No way that happens unless we get completions, yards and TDs through the air.

I'm just glad you picked this as a close game that could go either way.
Just means Auburn wins by a lot based on your history this year.

LSU needs Welter to not play and a stiff dew

OP nailed it. Both teams will approach this game defensively the same way. Make the quarterback beat the corners. LSU has the tougher challenge stopping the run considering how porous they have been so far. Auburn is running for over 200 in this game no doubt. I expect a 34-24 AU win.

LSU's front 7 is the key to the game.

Go ahead and explain why you think that. I'd love to hear

I hope not. I agree with the OP, the key to the game for LSU are the CBs. The front 7 has shown it is incapable of stopping a determined running game, so they will need safety help. Can LSU man up against Auburn's receivers? They could against Wisconsin, and thus was able to stop their running game. But that was a B1G team LSU (and every other SEC team) has proven time and time again, that they can play man against those teams, I'm not so sure they can play man consistently against SEC competition.
