K-State had Three missed field goals (nine points), a sure touchdown that was tipped into an interception (seven points), a fumble that gave Auburn a short field (three points), an ugly Waters pick while rolling out in the fourth, and a handful of other uncharacteristic miscues that allowed Auburn to sneak away with a win.

Meanwhile, Auburn posted all of 3.1 yards per carrywith a long of only 17.

In your opinion, has Auburn drastically improved on defense, offense, and special teams since playing K-State?

Are you saying we didn't have any missed opportunities that game? We played a flawless game, only to sneak out a W?

The defense didn't look so hot. The offense did not look so hot either. I'm simply asking if you guys have noticed a dramatic and notable improvement since the game.

In two weeks? Yep, we all of the sudden have 6 Heisman candidates on the team since that game.

285 yards, three takeaways, 14 points on the road is damn good.

You named a few, what are the other 5 not worthy of mention?

I've noticed a marked improvement in LSU's offense when Harris is on the field. It is tangible. Are they any such improvements made with the Auburn team?

Maybe K-State is way better than you think?
Maybe K-State is particularly well suited to troubling Auburn in a way most schools are not
Maybe K-State was incredibly pumped for that game?
Maybe Auburn players didn't get much sleep after being Hotel raided?
Maybe Auburn beats a hypothetical K-State that didn't miss any point opportunities because they make different calls on offense to react to the different situation?
Maybe Auburn has motivation from last year for LSU they lacked for K-State
Maybe K-State is better than LSU

Should I continue or are you sufficiently frothy?

Yes, AU pitched a shutout the last 4 minutes of the LT game.

God forbid a school outside of the SEC is good at the footballs. Unless you are New Mexico State, which should be gaining membership to the SEC west due to the direction that program is going.

No LSU fan ever needs to riducule another team for playing down to their competition. We do that all the time.

A win at K-State on a Thursday night is impressive. I don't care how you got it done.

You'll get yours on Saturday. Don't worry about what Auburn did or didn't do against K-State.

AU had more total offense against LT than Oklahoma did.
