Thanks everyone. Mom and baby are doing good this morning. We rested on and off during the night.

It was definitely a busy day. We had a doc appointment at 11:15 to do an ultrasound and monitor him since we were a week over the due date. We were supposed to come back tomorrow and be induced but she started having contractions shortly after waking up. Got to the doc and she was 4 cm so they admitted us. Labor went pretty quick too.
I don't think its sunk in just yet but it definitely has been such an emotional and life changing 24 hours.
