Or is it Bama's or AU's regardless?

Interesting game. Can A&M handle a physical team two weeks in a row on the road?

Can State beat a wide open passing attack?

If A&M beats MSU it's feasible we can beat 2/3 of AU, Bama, LSU - maybe even 1/3 because the SEC West is so strong this year and back our way into a SECG because of a tie breaker or something.

As far as MSU...maaaaaaaybe, but they'd find a way to lose to a couple teams.

No, but the loser no longer controls their own destiny.

Its going to come down to the MSU-A&M winner vs. Alabama, and Alabama sweeps both teams 99 times out of 100.

way too early to tell still. I don't think anyone gets thru unscathed. LSU already has 1 loss, Arky has 2, and of the 4 undefeated teams playing one another 2 will have a loss. I think were going to have a Big 12 south situation at the end of the season

If there was ever a year where it is a crap shoot to predict who wins the West at this point it is this one. I could even see LSU getting their sea legs and winning out.

I think you will end up with at least 2 teams with 1 loss, just too rough to expect teams to be able to stay up for so many tough games in a row against so many teams that can beat you. I don't think there is an SECW team that is below Top 20 in quality, though they won't end up that way due to playing each other. Would be pretty amazing if the SECW can finish out the season without a loss outside their division and I could see it being possible this year. Pretty mind boggling for 7 teams.

Will one of them get on a roll and run the gauntlet? Maybe, but damn it is hard to see.

Winner of A&M/MSU probably finishes second. Bama gets both teams at home, as well as Auburn at home. They have the inside track.

You could also say LSU beats Miss St 99 times out of 100 and not be very far off.

Looks like this could be that 1% State team.
