Read this tweet by Neal Mcreedy

4th one down

That led to finding her tour schedule:
She's in Dallas Friday and Memphis Sunday.

Then googled Katy perry and Mississippi and found a connection.
Katy perry new Beau DJ Diplo

Seems to me a guy from Tupelo with an off day could show his new gf his home state.. And the best college game of the year...
And possibly get her on Game Day or Jumbotron for Hotty Toddy?!

She's already done the AYR on the video board. Her manager is an Ole Miss grad.

an even better correlation, I was unaware of that.

I thought I remembered her intro on the Jumbotron wasnt sure.
I bet her and her manager make it down for the epicenter of football that day. Let her get the full SEC college football experience... Another Jumbotron appearance or national anthem or game day cameo is just icing on the cake .

Looks like we know who our celebrity guest picker is for Gameday. I'd much rather have her than Wright Thompson's awful fedora wearing arse do it.

Self hating Mississippian.
He had a great opportunity and spotlight to show the change is MS, but instead chose to give his flawed views on the subject.

Read some of his other work, especially the article on Luis Suarez during World Cup. The man can put together a nice piece... When he's not douching it up..

Completely let down the state of MS with those opinions in the Documentary

She won't be the guest picker. It has to be an ole miss fan not just a random celebrity. Especially one not from MS.

He wouldn't be the worst pick. Idk how passionate a fan he is though. I'd like the picker to actually know something about the team. That list is probably pretty limited but who knows. Morgan could be scheduling filming around Saturdays in Oxford during the fall.

From what I've heard it's down to him, Archie (or course), Grisham and a few others.

Archie can't do it. Against the rules for being on the playoff committee...

I can't imagine it being anyone other than Shepard Smith...

All solid choices. Went looking to see what pros are off this week. And the Dolphins are off and Raiders...

So Mike Wallace only possibility... Highly doubt. Was hoping for Eli week off..

Think it will definitely be Archie and he can give them a run down of the college playoff standings and committee as well.
And talk about his sons and so on.. He's already a commentator..
Would like to see Grisham and freeman also.. Maybe quick celebrity segment or something ...

What's the rule? Just wondering cause I don't know.

I do know that on the committee people that have ties to universities (like Archie to OM) can't be a part of ranking that school and disscussing that school with the committee.
