Here's the story:

I attended the Mizzou/SDSU game. Spent a bit of the last half with my young child in the air conditioned north elevator lobby located in the newly renovated "East Side" to escape the severe heat.

Mizzou personnel working that particular elevator lobby were instructed by Mizzou management to prohibit access to that particular elevator to anyone other than the elderly and handicapped during the 2nd half of the game. In fact, that room had handicapped signs on the windows to alert people to use the other elevator on the south side of the East renovation.

Regardless, 3rd level dooshbags kept walking in that room and flashing their passes as if the staff should just bow down to their feet and allow them access to that elevator. Each time, the staff and one police officer would instruct them to use the south elevator because this particular elevator was reserved for the handicapped and elderly.

90 percent of the time, the 3rd level dooshbags would shake their heads in disgust and loudly complain to Mizzou staff (sometimes using foul language) that forcing them to walk their lazy asses to the other elevator was an injustice.

This type of behavior escalated until one robust jackass walked in and flashed his special pass. Staff stopped him and told him the drill. This fun loving character then begins to yell at the police officer and Mizzou staff about how he personally paid for the East side renovation and nobody is going to stop him from using the south elevator, which once again he paid for. Then he started calling the Mizzou staff idiots and referred to the situation as a joke.

He walked out of the elevator lobby cursing a storm.

About 10 minutes later, he comes back with Mizzou stadium personnel who instruct the Mizzou elevator personnel and officer to allow this gentleman to use the handicapped elevator. While the Mizzou staff is debating this issue, he's loudly laughing and telling his little daughter or grandchild that this is how you get things done in this world. The elevator staff tells the stadium staff that Mizzou management specifically instructed them to prohibit access to anyone except handicapped and elderly people.

The robust 3rd Level dooshbag loudly says somethign like, "Well, you get the individual(s) who made that decision down here right now! I want that individual to explain to my face why I can't use this elevator."

About 5 minutes later, a woman of authority arrives and explains her position, the man loudly proclaims his disapproval while dropping the occasional f-bomb, other Mizzou management plead with her to allow him to use the elevator...and after an embarrassingly inappropriate exchange, the robust jackass was allowed to use that elevator.

However, it remained locked down for the rest of the game...with exception to the robust a-hole of course, who happened to go up and down that elevator at least 2 - 3 times after the exchange clearly to taunt Mizzou elevator personnel. Each time he'd sashay through the elevator lobby like a gay Captain Jack Sparrow. He'd lightly laugh and thrust his nose in the air as if he was someone of extreme importance...as if he was a victorious Spartan general scoffing at his defeated enemy.

fricking 3rd Level dooshbags.

I like an escalator because an escalator can never break, it can only become stairs. There would never be an escalator temporarily out of order sign, only an escalator temporarily stairs. Sorry for the convenience.

rudest folks I've ever met were in New Orleans. street beggers never leave your arse alone...and god forbid you make eye contact with them. the moment that happens they'll follow you into a bar bathroom to attempt to sell you a guided tour thru St. Louis Cemetery where you'll probably be shanked and stuffed into a crumbling vault.

"You gotta get mean. I mean plumb, mad-dog mean." Then they leave you alone.

As for the 3rd level douchebag, those kind of folks are everywhere. It's just sad he's passing it down to his grandchildren. Too bad it didn't malfunction with him in it and strand him for the entire game.

Sounds like more of a Mizzou/Yankee problem than a stadium problem.
