I sure hope it picks up, my expectations are not being met. After a good week of trolling for hogs, I don't rightly know how to keep myself busy.

We were raised in the fire as far as trolling goes. The ammo our crazy arse school has given others along with the constant tragedy on the field has toughened our fanbase up

To be fair, Nothing compares to LSU. Those people are so high strung about football that the Grind rustles them to no end. It's a natural letdown...

Combination of things:
--the Grind went hard against LSU and was successful. Hard to sustain that level of vitriol after a big win like that (and a big monkey off their backs in winning in BR)
--Aggies are nowhere near as trollable as LSU fans. At least not the Ags posting here. Hell, we call this board the "AggyArk," when "aggy" is banned in some TAMU circles. We've kind of gotten good at flipping flame material on it's ear, and that takes some of the fun away for them
--Like others said, we've had our hearts broke too many times to be bothered by losing every now and then. It happens, and we'll still get right back up and get back in the e-fray

They had to have realized that after reading that wikipedia article on our traditions. There's just no way you can read that and not realize that we've heard it all before. If you don't have thick skin when you show up at A&M, then you grow it fast starting with the first time you hump it.
