One team down, 3 to go. Do they get out unscathed? They had to go to OT against a team running a 13 game conference losing streak.

MSU
Ole Miss
Bama

before a bye week. This is by far the toughest part of their schedule.

Absolutely not, they'll be staring at two conferences loses in the next month.

We will find out if we are an 8-4 or 9-3 type team or a true contender in these next few weeks. If we can get out with one loss I will be content

Or we could win all 3.

Or we could win 2 and lose 1.

Or we could win 1 and lose 2.

Those are the possibilities.

Definitely a tough stretch of the schedule before the BYE. Each game will be a battle.

Hopefully Arky wins some games this year so other SECW teams can get some losses...

IF we can get by MSU this week, I like our chances at home vs Ole Miss.

Between Bo's picks and Freeze just being himself, we ought to take care of them at Kyle Field. Glad we have them at home this year.

We can deal with Bama later.

A&M vs State & A&M vs Bama are the two toughest for them. (In my opinion) I think Sumlin has Hugh Freeze's number though.

We are without a doubt in a hard stretch, but anyone who actually watched the game against Arkansas realized 2 things. One, Arky is improving by the week and that ground game of theirs is tough. Two, the Ags were completely out of sync for most of that game.

I don't think the upcoming teams can count on the offense playing the way the did in that game on a regular basis.

It is really hard to guess how we fare. MSU is a strong, well balanced team. Ole Miss is schizophrenic, so who knows what the hell we get from them and Bama is Bama. My best guess is 2-1.

Which is fine, cause I think everybody else in the division is staring at something very similar.

Shits about to be a bloodbath and if any team comes out the other side still alive(undefeated), CROWN EM!

Aggies have not left the state of Texas for over amonth now. They had a home crowd against Arky and SMU was a home game.

USC is clearly an average SEC team this year and won't be winning 11 games this year.

The Aggies have had it fairly easy thus far.

Auburn is in a gauntlet of its own. Seven of your next eight are ranked opponents.

Its called the SEC west.

This was supposed to be a reload year for us with ambitions set high for 2015. You know, losing all those first rounders on offense, a really young defensive front and what not.

Now there's threads like these asking if it's possible that we go through 'the gauntlet' unscathed. I mean we may not go undefeated but we're in a lot better situation than I thought we would be in by this time.

Additionally if we take down the State of Mississippi in the next couple of weeks, I say all doors are open for a playoff birth. Even with a single loss to one of the Alabama schools there would be a chance.. which would be insane again considering the pre-season expectations.

We really don't know yet. Everyone looks as good or improved as last year except LSU (but I think they're going to improve a lot over the next few weeks). I think by mid October we'll know if the West is going to be the Wild West it could be or if one or two teams emerge from the pack.

We have a tough two game and tough three game but we have good breaks in there.

Hmm, I think Sumlin will choose to win all three.

So let it be written. So let it be done.
