Any suggestions on where to park a personal vehicle for the game. I've mentioned before usually I go with a group. This time just me and the kiddo. I'd like something semi close but don't mind walking any..(good excuse to show her Athens)

I used to get there real early and park at ECV. Was free too. Not sure if that's still the case. Haven't done it since 2008.

If you arrive 3-4 hours before KO you could get a pay space on Baxter somewhere below Milledge. Easy walk down Baxter but will cost about $20-30 bucks. You could also park on the backside of downtown around Washington St. and pay two bucks at the meter(4 hour max) and get a $10.00 citation you can mail in later. I have done that several times. You could also go look at Finley St. Area off of Baxter closer to the stadium . Lots of street parking there but you and about 100 other cars are parked in or around the housing projects. But it is free and I have never had a problem parking there. If arriving closer to KO, there are usually spaces still available just North and behind the Classic Center or way up Baxter at Clarke Central HS. It is a long walk either way but still shorter than hiking back to ECV. I'll never do that again.

Pulaski street. Closer than $20 lots and across street from $30 lots. Bonus...rather than taking loop to Prince go one exit further to Chase street exit...miss all traffic in and out. Find Pulaski street if unfamiliar by gps'ing Pulaski bbq.

It amazes me to see traffic stopped on Prince when one street over is empty.

Lived in Athens for a long time and never shared this til now.

park at ECV

That's what we always do. Haven't been to a game since 2012 but it was still free then and really easy. You get to avoid the hassle of parking, still get dropped off near stadium and can get to any part of campus to show her from there. Getting out after the game is always much easier too.
