on our two deep that are major contributors by my count.

Offense

1. Marshall
2. Payne
3. Grant
4. Bray
5. Uzomah
6. Fulse
7. Slade
8. Dismukes

Defense

9. Wright
10. Owens
11. Blackson
12. Whitaker
13. Bradley
14. Reed
15. Mincy
16. Whitehead
17. Therezie

Juniors that COULD go pro

18. Daquille
19. Frost

We are better off now than we were from 2010-2011, but we better make some hay while the sun is shining. With our schedule the next 2 months, this upcoming game is a BIG one to get off on the right foot. Almost like the real season is about to start.

(edited for Blackson being listed twice)

It's funny how many seniors are replaceable

We have a lot of quality behind those guys, but next year, we are going to be thin on experience even though we rotate a lot. No way around it when you lose 18-20 guys that play a lot.

You said Blackson twice.

(Proper response: I like Blackson.)

Fixed.

He is on the depth chart twice at two positions which I didn't notice.

not sure why but Frost is getting some hype around him with scouting services. I don't think he would be drafted if he leaves early but who knows.

18. Daquille

he gone and we knew it when he signed.

On offense:
Marshall hurts though we have quality behind him, it is just different quality.

Payne and Grant honestly won't hurt us though both are good backs. We are just that deep at running back.

Bray is playing well this year so far but replaceable.

Uzomah hurts because we don't have any tight ends behind him yet with good experience. Luckily we don't use a tight end a lot but that might change with a passing quarterback.

Fulse isn't a loss for what I have seen so far this year with him at h-back.

Dismukes is the biggest loss on the offense. I hope Dampeer is ready to go but he won't match Dismukes.

On defense:
Flat out, no tackle we lose this year is a huge hit but losing so many is killer. Shockingly, we haven't been able to bring in several big name guys to be ready for next year.

Therezie hurts because the guy is just a good football player.

Whitehead hurts due to losing so much secondary last year and he is a solid player.

Reed is the guy that could have been.

Yeah, this is pissing me off tremendously at the moment. We NEED to sign at LEAST two sure fire stud D tackles this year and both would see immediately playing time from the first game of the season with our depth next year and how we rotate the position.

I hope we pull a few big time tackles late, otherwise we might be in for a world of hurt for a couple of years in the middle of the Dline.
