Looks like no one on the sideline gave two shites about it, either. Only the wounded player Spurrier ran into, who kind of held him up. Everyone else on the sideline kind of acted like Spurrier wasn't even there.

Saw this in real time. They replayed it in slow motion from different angles.
Mauk puts his forearm square in spurrier's back. Best part though, is Spurrier gives him the shaky-face livid old man stare-down.......when mauk jogs back by.

I thought it was bullshite. Regardless of what you think of Spurrier it was a cheap shot by a 20 yr old athlete against an old man...fricking classless.

No way it was in intentional, imo. I doubt mauk even knew it was him way back there.
The weird part is that Spurrier went running so early when he saw him coming...and ran so far to try and get out of the way, that it actually put him in the way.
I've never seen a coach take off running that far away from the sideline.

No way it was on purpose. He was running and didn't get to enough room to slow down. If he did that on purpose Pinkel would sit him for at least a game. You can tell it was a mistake, but the Old Ballsack looked pissed and then he went for one and it cost them the game. Bad call and frick the Old Ballsack!
