here it is.. drink a beer, glass of water, beer, water repeat..
if you are drinking liquor its a shot, then half glass of water..repeat..

Exactly. It's all about hydration. I used to alternate whiskey shots with Gatorade. Works great.

The absolute best thing is good clean oxygen. Use to go to the lox plant when I was in the Air Force and had a major hangover. Put on an oxygen mask for about 10 minutes and that would knock it out instantly.
Its amazing how you feel getting good oxygen.
