It has become painfully obvious that our offense is hamstrung by our QB. Mason just doesn't have it. I don't think that the return of MM, JSW, and JR will make that much of a difference in QB play, well from HM that is.

The thing is, does he realize that apparently Bobo and crew don't have a whole lot of confidence in his ability? His poor throwing and telegraphing led to the INTs today and he was damn lucky the D bailed him out. Honestly, no one can fault Bobo for going conservative, even in throwing downs

I have said many times that HM is a backup QB at best. BR needs some playing time in the Vandy game. What says the GSB?

Some of the throws Hutson made were simply pathetic, but we don't really have any WRs that can get separation.

Hutson has a chance to get his shite together with new weapons against Vandy. If he can't throttle that secondary, it's time for Ramsey to step it up.

PS Where the frick is Rome? I thought Jay Rome was a weapon, but he's been MIA all season.

Not true.

He underthrew one, and the receiver was running a different route on the other, who's fault on that one will be determined internally and we'll never know.

Telegraphing is horse shite and you are telegraphing your ignorance.

I do hope BR gets some reps vs Vandy.. Would be nice if BOBO had someone ready in case Mason is having a real shite game.. with the conference games we got on tap CMR/BOBO need to have the balls to do whats best for the team. Loyalty is great and all but football is a team sport.. Best for the Team.

I can name some qb's who have made some pretty pathetic throws in recent memory.

Murray
Mett
Shaw

you get my point...

Everyone has a bad game from time to time.

You have to look at the body of work.

Agree......

Maybe it's even good he got away with throwing two picks. Learn how to forget them. Put them behind you. Etc.

That shite rattled him hard today.

He balloned a couple that weren't picks but probably should have been.

Mason fan here, but not a good game.

Im hoping that having some A+ targets to throw to will help his confidence. He needs a game where he just can "Slang it" down field.

His body of work shows no upside...he's a game manager that can't make teams respect throwing down field...allowing everyone to load the box...

his arm is weak,,he floats the ball,,,...he can't hit a burner in stride...I'm not bashing the guy..I think he's doing as well as he can but he's a liability to our run game..which we will live and die by this year..

Murray Mett Shaw Mason...one of these is not like the other.....

I'll give you a hint...rhymes with "doodle garm"

P.S - all things relative..he hasn't had a good game this year...he's managed and played safely...his completion is high because he's tossing horse shoes 5 yards..

Threw for 300 yards against GT and Neb last year, both road games.

How about that fake hand-off QB keep play they ran a few times. Seemed like it was worth about 7 yards each time.

It definitely fooled me. Every time.

It did work a few times but it looked chaotic..I'm not sure I want my quarterback blocking for gurley..wth..

don't we have fullbacks for that.

Not sure if he even touched the defender on that play, but.......he dove in head first.

We are going to beat a bunch of folks with Mason running the ball.

It was for sure a nice change or pace, which is what he was looking for in the Carolina game at the 4. I endorse the move in this game, right time, right place. The pass in the Carolina game pass call, not so much, wrong time, wrong place, and it is this that some cannot grasp..

I believe any qb with decent weapons is completely different. Thedefense will have to respect a burner strictly on the off chance mason heaves one.
