Confused? The only 3-star Josh Allen in rivals is a OL from Jacksonville, FL that just committed to UNC.

He's the one who signed with UNC but was deemed ineligible to enroll. He's enrolling with us at semester. From Yahoo ( LINK):

Does he count back to our 2014 class? I just looked at the class rankings on 247 and he's listed as a hard commit for our 2014 class.

The way I understand it is that he counts back because of his enrollment situation. Didn't we have 1 to give from that class? If so, that math worked out perfectly.

He will count against the 25 for 2015 because we are out of 2014 scholarships.

I believe Colquitt took the last one for 2014 since he hasn't been on campus for 2 years. Jefferson only counts against the 85.

If gifting Scotty Thurman or Jake Hall means we couldn't have counted Allen back to 2014, then those 2 scholarships were dumb moves.
OT: I'm curious what happened to Jake Hall. His photo on the roster page looks like he ate Josh Frazier. I'm guessing the kid was juiced to the gills while doing his crossfit. He had some pretty impressive gains to his physique from Jr. to Sr. year, which now all look to have been traded in when they brought back Twinkies.
