ISIS was born of western intelligence agencies. Fact. Deal with truth.

Oh-ho-HO! Fiction can be fun! But I find the reference section much more enlightening. For instance: if you were to look up professional football's all-time bonehead plays... you might read about a former Miami Dolphin kicker named Ray Finkle, who missed a twenty-six yard field goal in the closing seconds of Super Bowl XVII...........

.....What you WOULDN'T read about is how Finkle lost his mind and was committed to a mental hospital, only to escape and join the police force under the assumed identity of a missing hiker, manipulating his way to the top in a diabolical scheme to get even with Dan Marino whom he blamed for the entire thing!

Your jingoism robs your ability to learn new things about your country.

So what?

On what planet is it irrelevant that we created, funded, armed, and trained this 'enemy'?

We're going after Assad.

part of the plan, brohiem. Those $200,000 bombs we're dropping are going to generate coin for our elected officials sitting in a bunker.

Because a built in enemy helps cut the teeth of our military from time to time?

Gotta stay up to par.

And we're okay with this?

Creating an enemy. Funding, training, arming maniacs?

And then largely ignoring this fact?

The American psyche is remarkable.

Maniacs that aren't exactly in any position to do any serious damage.

Whoa what?

Anyway, I suppose this makes it okay?

Pumping arms, money, and training into violent hands.

Using them as faux allies one year, then using them as a faux enemy the next, in the name of a larger agenda.

And all the while the truth is totally ignored by the media, which absolutely shapes the minds of the American public.

I mean, it is hilariously absurd that people are justifying the fact that we built this enemy.

I would like to point out that from my civlian position, I agree with you.

Politically, it makes a lot of sense to have an enemy that is easily beaten, or at least can be easily painted that you are beating them, and is in no real position to harm you on a large scale.

Your only position is human, always and forever.

That's it.

Otherwise you're an arm of the state. A state that I believe most of you want to see greatly reduced.
