Does the SEC make this playoff with a 2 loss SEC champion?

Say one of the highly ranked West teams wins the SEC..

If ND has 0 or 1 loss
FSU wins the ACC with 0 or 1 loss
Oklahoma/Baylor win the BIG12 with 0 losses
Mich State wins the B10 with 1 loss
and Oregon wins the Pac12 with 0 losses

Do we make it in?

How many times has the season ended with that many undefeated teams? Normally it is 1 or 2, and I think a 2 loss SEC team gets in over a one loss Michigan State

I know, doesn't happen all the time. Buts it's not that big of a stretch for 3 of those teams to do it.

In the BCS era a 2 loss SEC team could easily get in if their losses were close and to extremely good teams. However with the new committee, I don't believe any SEC team gets in over another Power Conference team with a better record. People outside of the SEC are sick and tired of the SEC.

Agreed, with the caveat that both losses are to ranked SEC teams.

If those teams are undefeated I don't think a 2 loss SEC team gets in but if they have a loss in the ACC/Big 10 and it's a West team, especially AU, I think they would.
