SC
Q - WIlds hurt his should (I think it's a contusions, so I doubt he misses.)
D - David Johnson hurt his knee (sprain.)

yankees
O - Starting LG Gatti is Out with a knee injury
O - Starting WR White is Out for undisclosed reason (might be the ole Violation of Team Rules)
Q - Started DE Marcus Golden is Q with a hamstring
D - 2nd String RB Morgan Steward still doubtfull, has been out for the season.

I don't think any of these losses are game changers. Not having Wilds would probably have the biggest impact on the game.

Left guard Anthony Gatti is out for the season, which means Connor McGovern moves back to right guard, where he started for all of 2013. That part was a little predictable. Less predictable: Starting right guard Mitch Hall doesn't move to the left side; he moves to second-string RG. Brad McNulty, who filled in for Gatti most of the game on Saturday, will start. With Taylor Chappell moving up to first-string right tackle, that means Mizzou will have two new starters on Saturday instead of just one.

Another new starter! CB Kenya Dennis is now above John Gibson.

Hopefully not with Carson and Williams back there but I think missing Wilds was a big reason we lost @UT last year. Our offense played like crap the entire game but still had a chance to run out the clock at the end of the game deep in our territory. Unfortunately Wilds was hurt for that game and by that point late in the 4th Davis was exhausted and getting no where. I think he would've been critical in getting a couple of late first downs to run out the clock.

I hope this isn't the case, and that Wilds can play. He brings a toughness running North-South that isn't replicated in the rest of the backfield, as has been said.

I'm intrigued at Mizzou's new-look O-line. I think USC can realistically get some push here. The thing about Mauk, however, is that he likes to move around the pocket a good bit. DEs will have to keep contain and force him to stay in the pocket. Then again, if he has time to throw, he'll pick the secondary apart just because it's our secondary.

Still, I think USC should win this game, all things considered. Hard to believe that afterwards USC's conference slate will be half-finished, while Mizzou's is just starting.

Williams is supposed to get atleast ten carries this weekend - that's the plan.

Per Spurrier's presser today.

Waldrop should be back. David Johnson is out with a sprained knee. Wilds is doubtful.

Regarding the Missouri players, Gatti was the starting LG and is out for the season (career as he's a 5th year senior). The entire OLine has been reshuffled a bit. Boehm at C and Morse at LT remain the same. McNulty, who was a back up center and played LG for Gatti last game will play there again. Not so much because of injury, but what may be a bigger factor is RT McGovern will slide inside to RG, where he played all of last year. Chappell will play LT and is a first time starter at the position.

What I've heard is White is out with a groin injury, but wouldn't be surprised if that is smoke for a violation of team rules. We're thin at WR and his loss actually could be a big factor.

Word has it Golden will be back but ya never know.

Steward has been out all year and will be out this week. Think GP said it's a few more weeks, but we've been told a few weeks since 2 weeks before the season. He's a 3rd string RB and since he hasn't been here all season, his loss won't impact the team.
