Gators beat themselves in lopsided 42-21 loss
Get outgained 645 to 200, get beat out on first downs 28 to 11, win the turnover and penalty battle, still lose by 21.
Textbook case of beating yourself.

Bama beat themselves, with all those penalties and turnovers. Just because the final score didn't reflect it, that doesn't mean Bama didn't lose to themselves.

The funny thing is even before that point they were getting dominated on both sides of the ball, you knew the second Alabama stopped screwing up it was going to get out of hand. That was most lopsided 21 point game you'll ever see.

Random ways is right. I think Bama deserves two wins, one against Florida and one against themselves. No sense denying the team a well earned self mutilation just because Florida didn't want to win.

He's a complete homer hack. No Gators I know agree with the title of the article. I have no idea about the actual content and do not have any desire to read it.
We got beat on both sides of the ball pretty darn good. The only reason it was close was the turn overs we forced on those pansy Bama receivers. When they toughen up, they are going to be really good.
