Yesterday proved that. Overrated QB recruits haven't helped.

But the defense has digressed from last year. VH3 was abused, and the secondary as a whole didn't improve from the flaws against Kentucky. The offense, other than the RBs and surprisingly the OL (who protected Driskel better than I expected yesterday), is flat out garbage.

But the most surprising thing is coaching. How lost Muschamp's teams look against elite competition. Probably the worst all around coaching performance I've seen from a UF team. Durkin, Roper (although I dont blame him for being scared to let Driskel throw), LB and Secondary coaches. All of it.

Just awful.

Tennessee is closer to being "elite" right now than UF is.

I like Florida. I usually pull for you guys when your not affecting us. That being said, I hope you lose every game this year and send Boom out on a golf cart.

WTF does the team do in practice? Muschamp is supposed to be a great DB coach. The secondary looks awful, more than just inexperience.

I don't blame Roper or the OL for yesterday. They had to work with what Driskel was giving them. I don't think we're beating UT this year.

Florida is still an elite program.

Florida has a really bad Head Coach. One bad Head coach doesn't change that fact. Fire Muschamp at the end of the year and Florida is right back at the top of the East next year.

The jury is still out on them dude. They look just as weak.

UF has recruited well the last several years. The turnaround will be quick with the right coach. There are enough bad teams in the East to give UF some wins so perhaps a 8-4 Muschamp gets to hang another year which sucks for the Gators.

First mistake was hiring a defensive coach as HC. You're UF, spread offense is your calling card.

That's the other thing. It's a coaching issue. Some of the better recruiting classes in the nation and still underperforming.

I think David Cutcliffe would be a good fit for FLa.

I hope Tez Ivey watched that game and decided to commit to AU immediately. Florida is a flaming shite show.

Boom needs to go.

Good talent.
Mediocre coaching.
Terrible QB.

There is not much you can do with that. Trust me, I've seen this before.

A highly touted recruit just picked Arkansas over Florida this past week. Rumors were, his parents were not impressed with Floridas staff and how they ran things.

Sad days ahead in the Swamp. Go after Petrino

Why didn't we see Treon Harris? He certainly couldn't have done any worse.

Oh, boo hoo.

Tennessee has been wandering in the desert for years, parched, thirsty, exposed, and afraid.

UF is just getting off the bus and realizing that they're not at the beach.

Life goes on. Muschamp is not nearly as incompetent as Dooley was.

Depends on who they get. Sometimes losing a really good coach and choosing wrong on his successor, leads to a downward spiral. Tennessee seems to be just pulling out of theirs. Auburn and Arkansas pretty much hit rock bottom for at least a year (two years for Arky).
