It's all just part of Kiffin's evil genius.

Get the whole country thinking Sims can't throw the deep ball. Have him absoutely suck in the A-Day game on purpose. Throw about 80 bubble screens in the first three games. What a sand bagger.

Kiffin won't be singing Rocky Top all night long...but he sure beat the hell out of Florida.

This is not the same person who was wearing number 6 at Aday. I don't know who this guy is but he's not Blake Sims. I must eat my crow. I laughed at people who thought we would succeed with him. I doubted Blake, hard. But WVU opened my eyes and I saw the light.

Dude can play. Flat out. Quick as a whip and smart. Doesn't hurt he has a legend to throw the ball too.

It really is hard to believe we are watching the same kid that started A-Day. Mad respect to Blake, he put a lot of hard work to be in the position he has put himself.

Sims may be the best QB in the SEC.

Seriously.

He's played like a 4 year starter.

I think Blake Sims just trolled us for 3 years and then was like, "Just kiddin', I'm really awesome".

Honestly, if Kiffin sang a few lines of "Rocky Top" at some Gator fans on the way out of the stadium yesterday, I'll forgive him.

I Agree!

A lot of people were saying that Coker wasn't what he was built up to be. I tried to tell them that it wasn't so much as Coker wasn't what we thought he would be but Sims has just improved more than we ever thought he could've in a short amount of time.

This is not the same Sims because of Kiffin.

I like how Kiffin gave Sims a bunch of high percentage throws early on to build his confidence. Once he had his confidence in tact we let him air it out. Genius.

Let's say Sims keeps piling up numbers (although 400+ MIGHT be a tad optimistic ); does he get drafted after only one year as a starter?

Serve me up a big plate of crow.

I cursed and insulted Blake more than anyone.

I am in awe.

While I agree he is better than I ever thought he was, he still is bad about staring down his receivers and its gonna bite him in the arse at sme point. Will it bite hard enough to make a huge difference? Only time will tell. For now though, I am very happy with the QB situation and see no need to further the Coker argument anymore. I'll take my crow deep fried with some hot sauce please.

That is Kiffin's genius. Somehow transforming Blake Sims into what he is today is very impressive.

Coach Saban told all of us that Blake had a very good spring. Some of you just bought the coker hype. Nick also said the ol would be fine.

It wasn't so much the Coker hype as it was the eye test at that time which, other than Saban's comments, was all we had to work with. I'm very glad he left the running-out-of-bounds-only to-throw-across-his-body- interception type of play at A-Day.
