Who saw that coming? We are an edge rusher away from becoming a top 25 defense imo.

This, unfortunately. Unless we can start to get pressure without having to blitz, it will be a long day against A&M. First team to 50 wins.

Maybe... but they're gonna rip everyone's secondary apart, including the good ones like LSU, OM, bama, etc. (or at least better than ours).

It'd the rest of their team we need to attack.

No doubt they will between the 20's but if we get Lawson back or somebody else can start getting pressure they will be kicking FG's instead of scoring TD's.

It wouldn't hurt for my man Jones to get better hips and start defending those cutback curl routes too. That #14 abused him last night.

Yep. Soft zone coverage isn't going to cut it.

It'll be just like last year. Going to need a few turnovers and breaks, plus scoring on every drive, to win.

Statistically, the pass defense has been decent.

Trovon Reed just had the best game of his Auburn career at CB. How good could he have been if he had played there all along?

Very, very good... Dare I say a shutdown cornerback.

A&M doesn't have slow developing pass plays which is where we suck this year. They do quick dump passes and slants. Look at passing charts of theirs.

The way Frost, McKinzy and Ford have been playing those quick throws, I feel better about A&M. Teheyll still burn us but won't be every series
