Now that the butt hurt has subsided a little and cooler heads are prevailing, was Sat a blessing in disguise? Nobody thought we were going undefeated, so better to lose early. Pruitt's seeing holes that he can hopefully repair sooner rather than later. Maybe Bobo has learned a little, although his play-calling hasn't been bad across the board (we've scored a lot on 2 pretty good Ds). Gurley was damn near tears in his post-game, saying that he was determined to get better (if that's possible). Maybe that attitude prevails. MM might have gotten his misses out of his system. Mason has hopefully learned to throw the ball out of the fricking end zone to avoid a sack. Getting MM and J S-W should be a boost. I'm not trying to be rah, rah, but a few of CMR's teams have played better once the monkey was off.

Netter now than later, that is for sure. This can easily be overcome.

Another out there scenario is that USCjr wins out sec but loses to the Clemps. They go to Atl with 2 losses.

We win out (I know, I know), we are a 1 loss Sec team that lost by a field goal on the road. We make it into the 4 in that scenario.

We will have beaten or not played the winner from the west.

Unlikely but possible.

LOL! Maybe they are the Blessed Trinity of the SECR-DR? Three in one......

I will say that Gurley in tears might be a great thing. I'm recalling a certain QB of a team that wears the blue and orange crying about a loss to Ole Miss back around '08 I believe. That team that shall not be named lifted a Crystal Trophy that year.

Is being a total a-hole an occupation for you or do you just do it part time?

Losing to SC is never a good thing. Many fans hope the problems get fixed before the season. Call me old fashioned but I like to win games.

You need to download TD Version "frickyou 9.01". It has a new feature called the "do not read button" It's for horses asses like you who are compelled to read a post and then always responds like a 14-year-old on her period. You'll find the button in the upper right of the new version screen. It looks like this: It you have trouble downloading the new version, you can call the Geek Squad and ask for IT Dawg. But he typically responds a week after you've fixed the problem yourself and comes in and fricks it up worse than before.

It took you almost 15 minutes to come up with that?

No matter how I rationalize it, the answer is still no. The goal is to go undefeated every season and SC has put an end to that goal. The revised goal is now to win the East but SC has placed serious doubt on that goal also. Even if we both win out which is doubtful, they own the tie breaker.

I think its good that we got our loss out of the way now than later down the road.

That's the goal of most top programs every season. When's the last time an SEC team did it. It's not very easy.

Beating someone is never doing them a favor, in my opinion. frick that. Our coaches have been in this profession for their entire lives, if they need a loss to see where they are lacking, then they're just shitty coaches at this point. Everyone knew how USC was going to attack us on both sides of the ball and we didn't respond well. As far as Pruitt goes, he didn't call a great game but he also has shite to work with at this point. We're not a very talented defense with the exception of a couple of positions. Bobo didn't call a great game either, but everyone is going to have bad games and we still put up 35 points.
