5 years and cheating before she gets the ring. Dude was smart to dump her before they got legal and it cost him money in the divorce. If you don't want to get outed and dumped, don't cheat. I say good for him getting whole and not on her terms. I would not have done it publicly but would prefer the private approach.

I kinda felt a little bad for her until she straight up lied about Eric being a friend. Had a chance to own it and maybe salvage something.
Not that I know a ton of cheaters, but the ones I have seen make it through have been when the cheater can be honest about it from the first accusation and then they work through it.
