(4* 247 #89 player nationally/3* Rivals) 6'10 C Djery Baptiste chose the Dores over UCONN

(3* 247 #137 player nationally/3* Rivals #145 nationally) 6'8 PF Samir Sehic chose the Dores over Wake Forest

Some good news in our fall of sorrow on the football field, at least we got that natty in baseball and basketball recruiting to lean on!

Stallings has worked his tail off the last 2 cycles and it shows. Congrats on the pick ups

Dores will be back to being in NCAA tournament pretty soon. Impressed with Stallings recruiting efforts after a rough 2 years on and off the court for that program.

Stallings really has turned it on in recruiting since the 2013 class (using highest ranking from each of the major sites):

2013
C 4* Damien Jones
PF/C 3* Luke Kornet (though he showed big promise last year as a Fr 4 man that can step outside & know down shots)

2014
PG 4* Wade Baldwin
PG 4* Shelton Mitchell
SG 4* Riley LaChance
SF 4* Matthew Fisher-Davis
PF 3* Jeff Roberson
Transfer Nolan Cressler (2nd leading scorer in Ivy @ Cornell last year @ 17 ppg)

2015
C 4* Djery Baptiste
PF 3* Top 150 Samir Sehic
SF 3* Top 150 Joseph Toye
SG 3* Camron Justice

Huffnagel really helped him last year.

My exposure to Vandy's hoops team is low, but he seemed to get bullied a lot in the paint. He'll bulk up and get stronger I'm sure.

Oh for sure the intended plan when he committed was act silly for him to redshirt, with all the crap that happened last year he had to play and play a ton before he was really ready (he is a young kid for his grade level as well.

Started out rough but came on at the end of the year with a couple of double digit scoring performances. I could see him developing into one of those Wisconsin-esqe guys who can bang some inside but step out and hit the 3 ball as well.
