Can't wait to see all those dirt bellies get run out of their own stadium.

quote:

“This will likely be our greatest attended game ever,” K-State athletic director John Currie said last week. “We actually have not sold standing room-only tickets, because we know our student section will be as full as it has ever been that night.” The capacity crowd is expected to be so large that K-State issued a news release on Monday, asking fans to arrive as early as possible for the 6:30 p.m. kickoff. Parking lots will open at 1:30.

quote:

“We have been hearing about the buzz for this game since before the season,” defensive tackle Valentino Coleman said. “This game is real big, not just for our football team but our whole community. Our whole community is looking forward to this game and to us putting on a show.”

Added linebacker Jonathan Truman: “Everyone has had this game highlighted on their calendars. We always talk about taking it one game at a time and we have, but now we are excited this game is finally here. I think everyone else is, too. To have the game on a Thursday night, televised, everybody is watching. I think both us and Auburn are excited to play. It is going to be rocking.

Youre going to be waiting awhile. KSU will be able to score enough to keep up with Auburn.

From an Alabama fan, Auburn wins by at least 3 TDs.

I disagree, even though Auburn's defense isn't great, it's still better than anything K-State will face in the Big XII.

We ruined the biggest game in their history 36-33 in 1998.

I'm sure K-State will put up 30.

But, in the end, Auburn will probably put up 45-50.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Auburn get down early on the back of the KState enthusiasm.

The cream will rise and Auburn pulls away by the fourth. It's a tough spot on the road as a favorite on Thursday.

Agreed, could easily see a 52-31 type game, au winning of course.

I doubt they get that many. K-State averages around 230 rush yards per game and that's against cupcakes.

I think au turns it into a scoring fest, and ksu just can,t keep up. They (ksu) won't be able to run as much as they because au will score too fast.

I see AU winning by 3 TD's AU brings a total team package that will be too much for KSU.

I'll be a surprised if Auburn doesn't blow them out, and I'm a huge proponent of gambling on underdogs in these Thursday night home games. Just don't see it in this one though
