He had such great ball security in college, he really hasn't so much in the NFL.

He's not productive enough to get away with fumbling any.

It was his 2nd fumble too (Colts recovered the first). Usually get benched for the game after 2 fumbles in the NFL

Shows how far he has fallen when tonight is considered a "good night."

They put him back in at least. That's a good sign

Demeco is having one hell of a game. Good year for Bama MLBs this year with Ryans, Ro, and CJ

I think the problem is he doesn't try to avoid contact enough. He's so used to being bigger and stronger than everyone and just running over people, but that doesn't work in the NFL against defenders who are also big and strong.

He clearly has been a major disappointment with the Colts so far. His first year with the Browns was so good.

His fumbling issue is quite bad too, not sure why he developed it over the last couple of years.

His first year with the Brown's was ok, certainly not so good.

He looked good running the ball last night. Just needs to hang on to the ball.

He's never had it. Go back and watch some of Alabama's big games while he was there. He has/had average to below average RB "skills." It's easier to see now that he's gone(I thought he was the GOAT while in school).

Usually wasn't touched until 5 yards down the field, and with his size a speed it was all over after that. But watching him and Lacy take turns running makes it quite obvious that Lacy is WAY more talented.

People forget this but early in 2011, quite a few people wanted Lacy to share a bit more of the carries. Trent was great in college, but we will look back at the Ingram/Richardson/Lacy group and realize that Lacy was the best back of the three.

Lacy's issue while at Bama was injuries (in addition to sharing the backfield with a Heisman Trophy Winner as well as a Doak Walker Award winner).

It seems that whatever they did with that toe (fusion procedure or whatever) has worked wonders for him. I just hope he can avoid anymore concussions in the future. I think that's the only thing that can stop him at this point.

Said it the last few years, even his last year at Bama. Trich is too big. He has no quickness at all and poor cutting ability. If he gets slowed down it takes too long to get back to speed.

Lacy would have gotten a lot of work in 2010 if he had been healthy. Mark and Trent were both banged up down the stretch but Lacy was injured as well. Then in 2011 I think we probably should have played Lacy more. He's definitely more skilled than Trent who just had raw power and speed.

Trent may never be worth his draft position but it's worth noting that no back is going to run for a ton of yards in the colt's offense. It's not designed to get big yardage from the run game. The game plan they used against Phily was right on target but the ref's screwed them with two massive errors.
