I just heard that Goodell hired 4 women to advice him in the abuse case. He's fooked!
Can someone post pics of the whoppings? I got whopped by my grandma and it left whelps for sure, which really didn't take much.
Also who brought up the charges? Sounds like an ex gf/wife is tryin to get paid

You can look it up with a google search of "peterson's son wounds". However I'm gonna not post those since he personally asked to stop spreading the photos

Why in hell is Goodell involved in what should be a legal proceeding determined by the courts and DFACS in the state of Texas.
the NFL should allow the rule of law to proceed first THEN if necessary, meet out a punishment. Who made Roger fricking Goodell God?
And I agree with Barkley by the way.

He got shite on for not being more proactive in his investigation of Rice. He's fighting for his job he's gonna do anything to show that he learned from prior mistakes.

The NFL looks like a confused mess arbitrarily giving out punishments. He needs to take a step back and do what they have been doing. Let the legal process work.
Acting too quickly will only feed the perception of punishments to cover Goodell's arse and only serve to weaken his position. The NFL made a mistake with Rice but that's no reason to double down and make it worse.

Have those pics been proven genuine? Looks like a white kid.

I agree with you. Acting in this method only appeases one sect of the fan base/media and makes him look very desperate to the rest.
The NFL is going through its worst month and half in its history and clearly Roger and the league office is not handling it well at all.

I just don't understand how people with teams of lawyers and get paid that much are so bad at public relations.

I hope they keep doing what they are doing. I want to see goodell go down in flames. AP should be suspended for sunday. I don't want the saints going to 0-3

I'm enjoying the circus.
We'll beat the Vikings at home AP or no AP.

Is Goodell the worst league manager in recent past? I kinda always didn't like Stern ot Selig but I actually have some passion of hate towards this guy.

Pretty sure the kid's doctor made the initial report.

I'm still very bitter over Bountygate.
He's been very good for the owners and the most powerful commish I've ever seen. However he's tone deaf and apparently drunk on his power. He's burned too many bridges now, as evidence the lynch mob with this Rice situation.

WTF is wrong with this guy. Who does that to a person let alone a child.

This is exactly what I was thinking.
I know I've been switched harder than his son was, save for the still unexplained testicular injury. I'm not sure AP was truly out of social acceptable behavior because I know plenty of people that are okay with beating children.

I'd really like to know the facts in this one. AP just does not seem like that kinda guy to me. He's east Texas so I could be wrong, but outside of multiple baby mamas, he's shown no real issues. I got the living crap beat out of me by an east Texas Meemaw who relocated to Odessa. And I mean beat.
I'm definitely taking the same approach to Ferguson here. If the facts stand as presented, crucify the guy. But let's let truth get out there before we make uninformed opinions.

This seems like a teachable moment to me. It doesn't seem like AP is beating them for jollies but just trying to do right in an unacceptable manor. Unless something comes out to change that narrative, I'd prefer to not get the lynch mob after him. Instead, maybe we can change the narrative of what is acceptable corporal punishment.

i'd be fine with this, but i'm afraid the vaginas will be defining the term "acceptable."
