So each of the four available teams show clear state bias (incl Oregon), but LA fans choosing "some other team", presumably LSU, is somehow a more egregious form of bias?

Who says it's LSU? It just says "Another Team". Maybe Louisiana is voting for Tulane, UTEP, or Bowling Green.
