Must've not stayed on the straight and narrow.

We are looking crazy young at WR next year. Only upperclassmen would be Leftwich, then Moore as a RSSO, Brown and Lee as true Sophomores and the rest are freshman. If I'm the coaches, I would be looking for at least 1 JUCO WR if not 2. We are going to be hurting next year if we roll out all underclassmen for Mauk's JR year.

It is a shame he made a choice to do whatever it was that cost him a spot on the team. He was developing nicely and might have been great this year or next.

Weed should be legal. Another life ruined by the rules, not the substance.

Lot's of things should be legal, but they aren't. If you break the rules be prepared to suffer the consequences like a man.

While that is a truism, it's stances like the one you just took that keep dumb laws/rules intact.

Imagine if the founders of this country said -- well it's just the rules, we have to pay these unfair taxes to a nation an ocean away.

Yeah. But the way they fought them wasn't by lighting a bowl and playing Xbox.

I thought it was some body building stuff he got from GNC that had something NCAA athletes aren't supposed to take? The student union incident was BS too. Feel bad for this guy.

That was the suspension, but not the reason he has been dismissed from the team. Feeding fuel to the outside the lines fire.

Yep. Let's hope the story in which you speak doesn't become public.

It was most certainly part of the reason.

As a libertarian I agree that in principal weed should not be illegal, on the other hand it could still be against team policy and make a player subject for dismissal.

Not sure if the kid that spiked his power-aid with vodka was 21, but either way I had no problem with the coach kicking him for it.
