A&M fans deserve to be excited about the season given what they've done so far but if I were them I'd be a bit more cautious. They're going to run into several more defenses that are vastly superior to anything they've seen so far. Their defense is notably improved from last season but still has some holes. It'll be interesting to see how they do when they run into teams that they can't get 40 on.

I'll check my desktop calendar at work tomorrow but I don't think A&M plays the 49ers this year
