2 games, 143 yards, 6.0 YPC, 3 TDs.

On pace for over 1,100 yards for the year and a big pile of TDs. Here's hoping he stays healthy and productive.

Play well and he can get a good contract with the Ravens next year. I don't see him in the black and gold after this year.

He will be a star in an offense that utilizes him more.

That would make four former Tide players -- if Cody returns from injury -- in the starting rotation for the Ravens. That'd be sweet.

Think the Saints screwed themselves not exercising Ingram's option. Now, he's free to go where he pleases after this year, and the Ravens will be looking.

He seriously needs to get out of New Orleans. Running Back By Committee is not necessarily a bad thing (Alabama is doing it this year), but when you change out a RB after every play, that really hurts your RB's ability to get in rhythm.

I agree. Mark also seems like he is finally peaking and is playing angry. He's going to knock some heads this season.

It would be so sick to see Ingram with the ravens.

I feel bad for the guy out there in New Orleans.

Rush for 12 yards, pulled out for three series.
Rush for 9 yards, pulled out for three series.

I mean, wtf is Peyton smoking?

Peyton is a good offensive mind, but he is way too pass heavy and has no clue how to have a great run game. Ingram needs to have a great season, and then sign with the Ravens.

Idk if the Ravens will sign him. Ozzie obviously would, but Pierce and Forest look good. Unless their contracts are expiring.

If they did, it'd be something if they signed Ingram and drafted Yeldon, but then that'd just put them in a RBBC.

They would have won by 10+ yesterday if Ingram had 25 carries.

@AdamSchefter 1m
Saints RB Mark Ingram is expected to miss about a month with a hand injury he suffered Sunday, per source.

Well frick

Injuries will keep Mark from getting a big contract, and will keep him from consistently producing. Yes, now he's producing when he plays. But if he isn't playing...

Saints haven't confirmed anything as of yet. Schefter is the only one reporting it.

So? If schefter says so, you can take it to the bank.
