Stay at the game. It's only a few hours 7 times a year. I don't think it's too much to ask that more students stay... no matter if we are blowing out someone or not. Tell your girlfriends to sit their happy asses down if they want you to leave. Support the team. It really does mean a lot to players.

On second thought, this goes to the entire fan base. The stadium should never clear out at halftime.

The Mississippi needs to get off its arse as a state and decide if they like football or not. Real fans sit through blowouts... either way.

I know we hate them and all, but Alabama has the same issues.

I would never aspire to be anything like an Alabama fan.

It wasn't that bad until late in the 3rd and the game was a 40 point I'm not really expecting people to stay.

ETA: Now if we're in a close game and they're leaving then start complaining.

In the first half, that was the most students I have seen at a game in 5 years or at least close to that. After the half though, I agree.

LSU last year was packed.

The student section was absolutely packed until half-time.

It's their money. Deal with it.

Yeah I couldn't even find a seat.

This guy can suck a dick. We were flat out raping them, no need to watch the whole thing.

I stayed the whole game FWIW but people would rather go back to their tailgating spots that they spend a lot of money per week on than staying to watch a 41 point beat down. Can't say I blame them.

Nor can I. I've never seen students leave early when it was a close SEC game

Yeah, this was about on par with that. In the lower part of the student section it was impossible to move because everyone was packed in tightt. Looked like a bunch up people standing 2-deep above the stands too.

There were people everywhere in the upper concourse above the student section. This guy is just looking for something to bitch about. He can frick off.

Just my opinion. I won't be sucking any dicks. Crowd for half of the game doesn't count for anything. Like I said, a few hours a year isn't too much to ask to show the players some support. The student section when I was there (Eli years) was much better at sticking around.

I stood on the upper concourse. I noticed the whole student section was standing anyway and the view was nice from up there.

Yeah, we were towards the top and we got in 30 mins before game time.

We'll have to get there two hours early for the Alabama game.
