Alabama averaging 570 yards per game on offense

After three games. Granted it's against the likes of WVU, FAU and Southern Miss but I don't believe we have ever come out of the gate with such an explosive offensive attack before.

And averaging 29 first downs a game. To me, that is the most staggering stat of all. 31 first downs vs West Virginia and Southern Miss and 27 vs FAU with the game being called early.

When you have a good running game you don't need to take shots down field on first down as we did last year so many times. We need to do just as Kiffen is doing, spread the ball around the field and get us in 2nd and short.
If we could get the Tightend involved more I would be happier.
Simms targeting of number Cooper so much will cost us vs better teams, he needs to spread the ball around more.

Sims actually did well at targeting Jones once Cooper got covered up. Seemed to switch off to him nicely. Really wish White would come back though. Also that drop by Cam Sims was nasty.

He was practicing last week. I think we'll see him play against Florida.
