Arkansas has finalized its 2014-15 basketball schedule today with the regular season set to begin on Sunday, Nov. 16, against Alabama State at Bud Walton Arena.

The Razorbacks also play exhibition games against Central Oklahoma on Friday, Nov. 7, and Pittsburg State on Thursday, Nov. 13. Both those games will obviously be played at Bud Walton Arena as well and both slated to start at 7 p.m.

Some TV dates are SMU at Moody Coliseum on ESPNEWS starting at 6:30 CT on Tuesday, Nov. 25. The Hogs will travel to Iowa State as part of the SEC/Big 12 Challenge on Thursday, Dec. 4, scheduled for ESPN2 at 8 p.m. CT. On Sunday, Dec. 7, Arkansas will travel to Clemson for a 3 p.m. CT starting time to be shown on ESPNU>

The Monday, Dec. 22, game in Bud Walton Arena against Wisconsin-Milwaukee will be shown ESPNU starting at 8 p.m CT. Arkansas now has a 31-game schedule set with 23 games on national television. A pair will be on CBS Sports, 14 on ESPN platforms, six on the SEC Network and one on FSN.

Arkansas Coach Mike Anderson is set to begin his fourth season at Arkansas.

It's a very minor gripe, but we should play in state schools for the exhibition games. I get not playing stAte, but it's not going to hurt us to play the GAC schools in state instead of playing the MIAA as we apparently are this year.
